We offer two separate studies of tai chi including Tai Chi for Good Health and Tai Chi As an Internal Martial Art (Taijiquan) Visit our Classes page for more information on the two separate tracks.

 

During cold-weather months, classes are held at the St James Church in Woodstock, Vermont, the West Windsor Town Hall, and at the Okinawan Karate Academy in Lebanon, NH. Summertime classes are held outside: Faulkner Park, Woodstock, and Lyman Point Park, White River Junction.
